Any use of any images taken by Charles Knighton without prior written consent will result in any, and all necessary action to recover costs, damages, loss of income etc. Full copyright of all photos taken by Charles Knighton remains with Charles Knighton unless expressly granted in a written contract. No verbal contract or otherwise is complete unless confirmed in writing.
